Animatore, regista e esperto di compositing, Chris Gavin lavora principalmente per lo studio londinese di animazione TANDEM Films , per cui ha lavorato tra l'altro a progetti come Little Things che nel 2005 ha ricevuto una nomination per il BAFTA.
Il corto 'tipografico' TXT Island del 2009 è stato presentato in più di venti festival d'animazione (tra cui Stoccarda e Annecy) ed è stato finalista nel 2009 al Soho Shorts Festival e nel 2010 ai B ritish Animation Awards.
Dopo essersi laureato come designer grafico con specializzazione in film and animation, alla University of Humberside, Chris ha iniziato la sua carriera nel mondo dell'animazione in una fase forte innovazione tecnologica.
Nel 1993 ha iniziato a lavorare per la Cambridge Animation Systems, la compagnia produttrice del software di animazione 2D Animo, del quale è stato istruttore, dimostratore e tester, viaggiando per il mondo. Per un anno è stato alla Warner Bros. Feature Animation a Los Angeles, dove ha lavorato alla produzione delle sequenze in live-action/animazione del film ‘Space Jam’. Successivamente è tornato in Inghilterra per lavorare alla sede Londinese della Warner al film animato ‘Quest For Camelot'.
Digital compositor e compositor freelance per diversi studi Londinesi come Telemagination, Studio A.K.A., Giant, Uli Meyer, e collaborando, tra gli altri, con il premio Oscar Michael Dudoc de Wit, prima di unirsi alla fine del 2001, a Tandem, dove lavora attualmente. |

Animation director and compositor, Chris Gavin works primarily at London animation studio TANDEM films where he has being involved in projects such as he BAFTA-nominated short film Little Things in 2005.
His typographic short film TXT Island released in 2009 has been shown at more than twenty international animation and short film festivals (including Stuttgart and Annecy) and was nominated as a finalist at both the 2009 Soho Shorts Festival and the 2010 British Animation Awards.
After receiving a First Class BA (Hons.) degree in Graphic Design (specialising in film and animation) from the University of Humberside, Chris embarked on a career in the animation industry during a period of rapid technological development.
In 1993, he joined Cambridge Animation Systems, the UK company that introduced the 2D Animo production software, for which he traveled extensively to visit animation studios and industry events as a trainer, demonstrator and tester of the system. Chris was in Los Angeles in 1995 working for Warner Bros. Feature Animation in production of the live-action / animation sequences of the film ‘Space Jam’. He then went back to England to work for London Warner Bros studio as a digital scene planner on the next WBFA animated feature film ‘Quest For Camelot.’ Chris worked for two years as a digital compositor for Telemagination, a London animation studio, and later, as a freelance compositor, for many of London’s animation companies such as Studio A.K.A., Giant, Uli Meyer, collaborating, amongst others, with the Oscar-winning animation director Michael Dudoc de Wit, before joining Tandem. |

Eleni Mouri
Eleni Mouri è un animatrice esperta in cartoon and stop motion animation insegna animazione presso il Dipartimento di Graphic Design della TEI (Technological Educational Institute) di Atene, dove si occupa dei corsi di animazione (storyboarding, animation, 3D animation).
Dopo la Laurea in Graphic Design presso il TEi, nel 1983, ha studiato animazione a Milano, diplomandosi nel 1987 Dal 1990 al 1998 ha insegnato Animazione e grafica per la Televisione presso la scuola privata AKTO (Athenian Artistic and Technological Group)Nel 2004 ha conseguito un Master press la Academy of Arts dell'Università di Novi Sad con un progetto sui metodi per l'insegnamento dell'Animazione.
Sempre nella stessa Università ha ottenuto nel 2009 un PhD con una tesi sull'animazione in pubblicità. Dalla fine degli anni '70 ha lavorato professionalmente nel campodell'animazione in Grecia. E' tra i fondatori di ASIFA Grecia e membro di ASIFA International.

Eleni Mouri is a cartoon and stop motion animator, she teaches animation at the Graphic Design Department of TEI (Technological Educational Institute) in Athens, Greece, where she leads courses in storyboarding, animation, 3D animation.
After graduating in Graphic Design at TEi, in 1983, Eleni studied animation in Milan where she graduated in '87. From 1990 to 1998 she taught animation and graphics for TV at the private institute AKTO (Athenian Artistic and Technological Group) .
In 2004 she received a Master Degree from the University of Novi Sad, with a project on 'methods for teaching animation' . Last year she received from the same University a PhD with a dissertation on 'Animation in commercials.
Since the end of the Seventies Eleni has worked professionally in animation in Greece. She is among the founders of ASIFA Greece and a mamba of ASIFA International.

Nel 2004 Stefano Scotti si laurea in Disegno Industriale presso il Politecnico di Milano con la tesi 'MotionGraphics dal Colore alla Sinestesia', attraverso la quale esplora gli aspetti progettuali e tecnologici legati alla comunicazione animata.
Negli anni sucessivi lavora come designer e operatore video occupandosi prevalentemente di postproduzione e grafica in movimento nei campi della pubblicità e del video isitituzionale.
Attualmente è art director presso la sede milanese di FramebyFrame Studio , e si occupa dell'immagine coordinata per i maggiori network televisivi nazionali e internazionali, quali: Sky, La7, Mediaset, Dahlia, NBC Universal, Digicast, Medusa e numerosi canali arabi.

In 2004 Stefano Scotti received his degree in Industrial Design from Milan's Polytechnic with a motion design project exploring design and technology issues in animation.
In the following years he works with post-production and motion graphics as designer for commercials and corporate identity projects.
Stefano is currently art director at Milan's FramebyFrame Studio, and he leads brand design projects for tv networks such as Sky, La7, Mediaset, Dahlia, NBC Universal, Digicast, Medusa, and many Arabic channels.
