Niccolò Maritato PhD student Short bio He is a PhD student at the School of Architecture and Environment at the University of Sassari. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theory of Communicative Processes (2019) and a Master's degree in Philosophy (2023) from the University of L'Aquila. His research interests include philosophy of food, philosophy of science, metaphysics, and philosophy of medicine. His PhD research focuses on the relationship between agri-food products and the territory.
