Designing the public space in order to be the most useful for climate change /heat/ adaptation is not only a challenge from architectural or design perspective. It goes without saying, that social and environmental aspects have to be taken into consideration as well. In this ponte even the most efficient nature-based public space interventions will be discussed considering aspects like: viability in urban context, heat resistant plants, various species depending on geographical location, and social aspects will be discussed too.
