Associate Professor

Short bio

Researcher and designer, graduated in Aesthetics at the University of Pavia after graduating from the Art Institute of Monza and a brief period at the Politecnico di Milano. 
PhD at DADU, where he was Research Fellow, Researcher and Adjunct Professor of Product Design, Visual Communication and Graphic Design. He contributed to the creation of the Degree Course in Design in Alghero.
After having led the élitradesign studio for years (with Roberta Sironi), as Associate Professor he continues to investigate the themes of the use of images, ways of inhabiting places, and the design of things understood as reflections of our ways of life.
His books: 'Geografie del narrare. Insistenze sui luoghi di G. Celati e L. Ghirri' (2004) and 'Sul luogo del design. Intorno al lavoro dei fratelli Castiglioni' (2014). He has written and writes for: ‘Progetto Grafico’, ‘MD - Material Design’, ‘AIS Design Journal/Storia e richerche’, ‘il manifesto’, ‘Nuova Prosa’, “Riga”, ‘doppiozero.it’.
