Eutrophication

Attività di campionamento

Eutrophication is one of the ecology group's long-standing research topics and, unfortunately, remains highly relevant. While eutrophication is an environmental issue whose consequences impact aquatic ecosystems, its origins are largely traced to the characteristics of the watershed, land use, and ongoing changes linked to new climate scenarios. Studying eutrophication helps us understand the close relationships between land-based components and the aquatic environment. The information needed for its assessment and management involves various areas of observation.
