Erasmus outgoing mobility for teaching and training

The Erasmus+ programme offers teaching and administrative staff employed by the University the opportunity to undertake mobility for teaching and training purposes, (Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA) and Staff Mobility for Training (STT)), at universities with which an inter-institutional agreement has been established.

Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA)

Mobility for teaching promotes relations and cooperation with partner institutions, offers professional enrichment to the participating teachers through the possibility of exchanging teaching skills and methodologies, and encourages the expansion of the international dimension of teaching.

For mobility for teaching purposes, the staff involved may also carry out a period of professional training during the same mobility.

Staff Mobility for Training (STT)

Training mobility offers the staff involved the possibility of enriching their professional background through the exchange of good practice and job shadowing. It enables them to practise and improve their language skills and to deal with different cultures by broadening their knowledge and fostering the development of interpersonal and relational skills.

For mobility for training purposes for both administrative and teaching staff, in addition to the possibility of individual mobility, it is possible to participate in one of the thematic Staff Weeks organised by several universities in the European partnership.

Calls

Grants are made available through periodic calls for applications for which documentation of the programme to be carried out approved by the host institution is required. These are the Mobility Agreement for Teaching and the Mobility Agreement for Training.

The calls for applications are published each year by the university with three or more opening windows to guarantee the possibility of participation at different times during the academic year and information is shared by email with all possible candidates.

Within the call for teaching mobilities, it is possible to submit a request to invite European professional staff to carry out teaching activities at one of the University's departments.
